Toccoa Partners Announces Second Earthcraft and Energy Star Certified Lodge in Toccoa Camp

Toccoa Camp Announces Phase II For Sale

Toccoa Camp has announced completion of the final plat for Phase II of Toccoa Camp. Phase II encomopasses just two remaining homesites located on Hot House Creek. Andy Chase, Project Manager, stated " We have commenced construction of a 4200 foot lodge residence on Lot 4C which encompasses 4 acres and are releasing our final parcel of 1.67 acres on Lot 4D for sale. Toccoa River Green Trout Fishing Community Gets National Environmental Award.

Toccoa Camp Announces Third Home To Be Built
Toccoa Camp has announced that Toccoa Partners, LLC, Fannin County's only Earthcraft and Energy Star approved residential builder, has just commenced construction of a 4200 square foot lodge that will built on 150 feet of Hot House Creek frontage but will set back 200 feet into the woods to protect Hot House Creek, its wildlife and abundant trout waters from any sediment or erosion runoff.
