Toccoa Partners, LLC announced that its 13.4 acrea private secluded trout fishing and outdoor activity community on the Toccoa River at its intersection with Hot House Creek would be named Toccoa Camp. In addition, it was announced that the development would be divided into two phases with only six homsites total when complete and that it would be a gated community. The Toccoa River Tailwater is generally regarded as the most highly regarded year around trout fishing and Hot House Creek is a DNR designated Georgia Trout Stream. |
