Toccoa Partterns, LLC anounces that all land planning on Phase I has been completed along with various approvals and that construction of underground utilities, fencing and entry gate should be completed in final form by late summer. Phase I is anticipated to be released by early fall and will consist of only four Toccoa River front lots utilizing approximately 8 acreas of the 13.4 acreas acquired for North Georgia's first truly committed eco friendly private trout fishing and outdoor riverfront community. The balance of the land on Hot House Creek will be held for release when land plannning and approvals occur at a later date.
