Toccoa Camp has announced that Toccoa Partners, LLC, Fannin County's only Earthcraft and Energy Star approved residential builder, has just commenced construction of a 4200 square foot lodge that will built on 150 feet of Hot House Creek frontage but will set back 200 feet into the woods to protect Hot House Creek, its wildlife and abundant trout waters from any sediment or erosion runoff. This project is estimated to be finished and released in the late second quarter 2009 or early third quarter when finished. Toccoa Partners, LLC builds exclusively Earthcaraft and Energy Star Certiified Homes. This will be the second lodge they have commenced construction on in Toccoa Camp. |
