Toccoa Camp has announced completion of the final plat for Phase II of Toccoa Camp. Phase II encomopasses just two remaining homesites located on Hot House Creek. Andy Chase, Project Manager, stated " We have commenced construction of a 4200 foot lodge residence on Lot 4C which encompasses 4 acres and are releasing our final parcel of 1.67 acres on Lot 4D for sale. Both of these are lots are at the end of Toccoa Camp Trail in Toccoa Camp in irreplacable locations with access to both Hot House Creek and the Toccoa River in award winning Toccoa Camp."
Toccoa Camp had previously released and sold its Phase I four homesites on the Toccoa River Tailwater at its intersection with Hot House Creek.
