Toccoa Camp's Blue Ridge Mountain property only had only six home sites on the Toccoa River and they were all sold in 2007. Four of the home sites were on the Toccoa River and two home sites were on the famous Georgia Designated Trout Stream Hot House Creek. The location of these two sites is on Hot House Creek as it flows into the Toccoa River. As of 2010, there are three homes in Toccoa Camp. All lots are uniquely secluded at this irreplaceable location and homes have been built as “green” EarthCraft and Energy Star Certified within the privacy and beauty of this National Wildlife Federation award-winning community. Occasionally, there will be resales on lots or residences from the original owners who invested in this one of a kind community so please contact your realtor for information on Toccoa Camp. The Toccoa River Tail water is the most revered trout year around trout fishing in the Southeast and Hot House Creek is a designated Georgia Trout Stream that flows directly out of the mountain peaks of the North Carolina Mountains a few miles away.
